ALICE SPRINGS AIRPORT
I am not recommending this as a destination, but if you are stuck waiting at the airport a look around the grounds outside the terminal building would help pass the time. Directly opposite the terminal entrance is a patch of tall shrubs, a pond and some interpretive signs. The area around the carpark has been landscaped with local native shrubs. You will probably only find a few common species of birds here, but it should be better than sitting in the waiting lounge.
